If you have a particular property that you feel demonstrates the quality of products and services Rain Bird provides, please fill out the following form so that we can publish and share this valuable information.
Once approved, your submission will be used to create a Rain Bird Site Report. Please see below for samples of acceptable photography.
Site Report
Please Note: When submitting a Site Report, you will be emailed a link to a consent form that the property site representative and contractor must sign before initiating the process. You will be required to obtain the signed release forms.
By signing the consent forms, they agree to use the property’s name/photos in the report and any testimonials received in the process. Site Report interviews will be scheduled once all approvals are received.
You will need the following information:
REQUIRED INFORMATION:
- Property Name
- Rain Bird Sales Rep’s Information
- Your Regional Sales Leader’s Information
- Property Description
- Products Used
OPTIONAL INFORMATION:
- Share the challenges the customer was having and your approach to solving them.
- What positive changes were observed as a result of the work?
- Are there any specific cost savings or overall benefits you can share?
- End User or Contractor: Name, Email address, Phone Number
- Distributor: Name, Email address, Phone Number
- Photos (Taken with a phone is fine):
- 1-4 Close up images of the product in use
- Property logo photo
- Beauty shot of property with irrigation running
Property Highlight
A property highlight is used for quick projects where we would like to highlight an end user or property. We will need a consent form signed by the end user and photos taken on your phone. A phone/ Zoom interview with the customer will most likely not be needed.

Customer Success Story
A customer success story highlights challenges the customer was able to overcome with the help of Rain Bird and should include a “results” metric. Depending on the scope of the project these can include customer interviews, professional video and photography.
